- Do I need an account to get help?
- No. We do not run player accounts. Pick the desk that fits and email it with your details.
- How do I report a bug?
- Email game support with the game's name, your platform, and the steps that led to it. A screenshot or a short clip helps a lot.
- What about a purchase or a refund?
- Purchases and refunds run through the store you bought from (Steam, Epic, or a mobile store) under that store's policy. For anything the store cannot settle, write to game support.
- Are the games out yet?
